In Summary

Access Bars is a holistic energy healing technique that is part of Access Consciousness, a system of tools and processes designed to facilitate personal growth and transformation.  Access Bars is one of the core practices within Access Consciousness, and it focuses on releasing energetic blockages and limitations in various areas of your life.

Theory Behind Access Bars

Access Bars is based on the 32 points on the head, each corresponding to different aspects of your life, such as money, control, creativity, communication, and more. These points are called "Bars," and they store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that you have ever had about each of these aspects. When these Bars are gently touched and activated, it allows the energy at these points to dissipate, facilitating greater ease, clarity, and consciousness.

The Session

  1. The session setting: A typical Access Bars session is usually conducted in a quiet and comfortable environment, often with the client lying down on a massage table, fully clothed. The practitioner, known as an Access Bars facilitator, stands or sits beside the client's head.

  2. Touching the Bars: During a session, the practitioner lightly touches specific points on the client's head in a particular sequence. These touches are gentle and non-invasive, involving the placement of fingertips on each Bar point. The practitioner holds each point for a few minutes, allowing the energy to flow and dissipate.

  3. Releasing stored energy: As the practitioner works on each Bar point, the goal is to release stored thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and limitations associated with the corresponding life area. Clients often report experiencing deep relaxation and a sense of spaciousness during the session.

  4. Individual experiences: The experiences during a session can vary from person to person. Some people may feel a sense of peace and calm, while others might have insights or emotional releases. It's not uncommon for clients to fall asleep or enter a meditative state during the session.

  5. Benefits: Access Bars sessions are believed to have a range of potential benefits, including reduced stress, increased mental clarity, improved sleep, enhanced creativity, and greater overall well-being. Some people also report changes in various aspects of their lives after receiving multiple sessions.

  6. Duration: A typical Access Bars session can range from 30 to 90 minutes.

  7. Frequency: The frequency of Access Bars sessions can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Some people choose to have sessions regularly, such as once a week or once a month, while others may have sessions as needed.
